Homer Dale Church , 67, of Paragould , died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2003 , at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould .
He was born July 6, 1936 , in Manila . He was a retired car dealer and member of Peace Tabernacle Church .
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Bertha Hoggard Church ; one sister, Shirley Church ; and one son, Homer Dale Church , Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Burns Church of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Lavon and Melissa Church of Paragould; three daughters, Melissa Couch, Cindy Gage and Krickett Lenderman, all of Paragould; one stepdaughter, Casandra Bryson of Paragould; one brother, Jim Church of Paragould; one sister, Wilma Durham of Jonesboro; 10 grandchildren, Summer Couch, Kevin Hammond, Benjamin Bryson, Jason Church, Kelly Rubbo, Ashley Rubbo, Matt Gage, Heather Mabry, Ann Mabry and Johnna Lenderman.
The funeral was at 2 p.m. at Heath Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Bill Snow and the Rev. Onis Summers officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery in Paragould under the direction of Heath Funeral Home.
